Here is the schedule for the Genesee County Miata Drive, Saturday, August 22, 2009 (with time estimates for those who may opt to join us later in the day)

9:00 AM - meet for cofee, home made baked goods and shopping(?) at
The Country Cotgtage, 10448 Harper Road, Darien Center, NY

10:00 AM - head out to LeRoy (part of the trip being one of my favorite routes)
10:30 AM - photo op on the banks of the Oatka Creek.
11:00 AM - tour the world famous JELLO Museum ($4.50 per person covers admission to the JELLO Museum, The Transportation Exhibit and The LeRoy House) If you prefer, you can spend this time enjoying the Village of LeRoy instead, and then meet the rest of us for lunch.
12:30 PM - Lunch at LeRoy's D & R Depot (a former railroad station)
1:30 PM - to Caldonia & back to Batavia (via my other favorite route)
2:00 PM - stop at Harrington's Farm Market
2:30 PM - arrive at "The Super Car Cruise" which runs from noon until 9:00 PM in Downtown Batavia. I spoke with the organizer and he is reserving a section for us to park, right by the entrance/exit, so that our members can arrive and depart whenever they want. The event is part of Summer in the City Festival which includes food stands, entertainment, etc. Other places to check out within walking distance are the Holland Land Office and Oliver's Candies.
7:00 PM - Baseball Game - Batavia Muckdogs (Hmmmm sounds like Mad Dogs)
at Dwyer Stadium.
